UPDATE: We know YouTube now officially states this is a server problem. But this seems extremely unlikely, check http://www.unbealiveblenews.blogspot.com/.

As we apparantly can't make this information known to the world through Digg, we're suggesting that people push the story by mailing it to other people, posting it on forums, putting it in your AIM/MSN/... nickname etc.
